Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fleetory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users, including businesses, individuals, and team members acting on behalf of an organisation.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You agree not to use Fleetory for any unlawful purpose, including shipping prohibited or dangerous goods in violation of carrier or government regulations.

Fleetory acts as a platform connecting you with third-party carriers. Delivery timelines, pricing, and service quality are ultimately determined by the carrier you select.

While we provide estimated delivery dates, Fleetory is not liable for carrier delays, lost parcels, or damage occurring in transit. Claims should follow the relevant carrier's process.

Shipment costs are deducted from your Fleetory wallet, which you top up via Stripe. All fees are shown before you confirm a booking.

Wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Fleetory after changes means you accept the updated terms.
